Interview Karolin Schnoor

What is your greatest achievement?
Not losing my mind after working at home for four years.
How would you describe your work/style to someone who hadn't seen it?
Colourful, flat and populated by slightly grumpy women.
What piece of advice would you give your 15 year old self?
RELAX for heaven's sake, this is just the beginning.
When are you happiest?
Taking time off after a project that went well, if possible in some sunshine.
What's the worst job you have had?
Waitressing at an ice-cream parlour where I got paid €4 and hour and we weren't allowed any free ice cream. Also: the only CD they had was Shania Twain's Best Of and it played on a continuous loop all day.
Who would play you in the movie of your life?
I'm going to go with Tina Fey as a more stressed out version of Liz Lemon.
What is your Karaoke song?
Shania Twain's "That Don't Impress Me Much".
What do you dislike most about popular culture?
How it sucks you in and makes you forget there's a reality that needs attention.
What's the greatest invention of all time?
The birth control pill. I'm seeing this question as my one opportunity to push a feminist agenda.
If you didn't do what you do, what would you do?
I'd be a ruthless and hard–hitting lawyer. Probably not.
